Products needed for 1 square metRE OF ISITEEK
To successfully build and install 1m² of Isiteek, it requires 2 packages of Isiteek Adhesive Sealer and 1 package of Stelmax.
Each box is delivered with 2m² of Isiteek. The thickness of the material is 4 mm, and the weight is 5 kg/m².
ISITEEK 2×45mm PLANK – BLACK
The 2×45 PB is available in both Teak and Bleached with black caulking. This plank boasts a double plank design, incorporating a tongue and groove system for convenient gluing. Additionally, its black co-extruded caulk line spans the material thickness and runs consistently throughout the profile.
The profile itself is 90mm wide, composed of two 40mm planks separated by 5mm caulk lines.
ISITEEK 2×45mm PLANK – WHITE
The 2×45 PW is available in both Teak and Bleached with white caulking. This plank boasts a double plank design, incorporating a tongue and groove system for convenient gluing. Additionally, its white co-extruded caulk line spans the material thickness and runs consistently throughout the profile.

ISITEEK 60mm MARGIN – BLACK
Choose the 60 MB in either Teak or Bleached with black caulking if you prefer having margin boards around your panel. The 60 MB features a black co-extruded caulk line running down the edge of the profile and can be bent around a radius. For sharper curves, opt for the 125 KP.
The 60 MB is 60mm wide, comprising a 55mm plank and a 5mm caulk line.

Choose the 60 MW in either Teak or Bleached with white caulking if you prefer having margin boards around your panel. The 60 MW features a black co-extruded caulk line running down the edge of the profile and can be bent around a radius. For sharper curves, opt for the 125 KP.

Use the 125 KP Teak when the radius is too sharp for 60 MW/MB. It is a wide solid plank without caulking lines.
Profile width of 125mm, supplied as a 2m roll, covering 0.33m² per product.

Use the 125 KP Bleached when the radius is too sharp for 60 MW/MB. It is a wide solid plank without caulking lines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO CREATE YOUR ISITEEK DECK
CLEAR GLUE
Use clear glue to bond the Isiteek profiles together to form a panel.

adhesive SEALER
Use the adhesive sealer to bond the Isiteek panel to the deck. This can be used to seal the edges.
Pack Specification: Each package contains 310 ml.

Roller Crane 333
Use the Crane 333 roller to roll along the planks, expel the air, eliminate air bubbles, and ensure even and total contact.
